For your convenience, you can book your home or maintenance inspection online using our quick and easy booking form below. Simply fill it out and we will contact you to confirm your inspection request.

You will be provided the option to review and approve our inspection agreement, and then be provided the option to pay online with a credit card.

You can also pay by INTERAC e-Transfer auto deposit. Please direct payments to: mark@obrienhomeinspections.ca

Problem-solving inspections are best booked over the phone.

Please note that if the inspection is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the inspection fee will apply. Depending on the  circumstances, this fee may be waived.
