The pool inspection and report are performed in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Auxiliary Standards of Professional Practice for Residential Swimming Pool and Spa Inspections.

Please Note: Since this is a visual inspection, we cannot determine whether or not the pool has any underground leaks. If underground leaks are a concern we recommend a leak detection company perform a pressure test.
